Dishing up beautifully authentic Vietnamese cuisine, the restaurant is a family-run business that caters to traditional tastes with a modern twist. Popular menu items include the rice vermicelli noodles, crispy pork belly and vegetable stir fry but as you might deduct from the name, the pho is where it’s at. There’s no faux pho here – rather, it’s beautifully authentic and full of flavour. Simmered in a special family recipe beef stock and topped with fresh coriander, you have the choice between veal slices, beef meatballs, chicken fillets or a combination. In need of a little pick-me-up? Sip a (strong) cup of Vietnamese coffee – it’s guaranteed to give you a swift kick up the backside.
