We’re not going to lie – we were pretty damn thrilled when online fashion powerhouse MR PORTER took the plunge and launched its own in-house label Mr P. back in November last year. The brand has already made us swoon with its range of easy pieces with smart tailoring and enduring style, but the love affair is set to continue – Mr. P is expanding further with a first foray into shoes and accessories.
The first-ever Mr P. shoe drop provides a range of styles that cover both casual and formal vibes, with a range of staple designs that every man should have in his wardrobe. Eight pairs of shoes have been released in the debut collection that will form Mr P.’s essentials range, available all year round. The core collection boasts timeless styles like classic loafers, Derby shoes and crisp white sneakers, and has been released in conjunction with a more seasonal drop – think lined boots and winter styles. The brand has also launched a complementary range of socks, with cotton essentials in grey, black and navy receiving a release alongside more colourful heavy-duty winter styles.
We may not quite be on the right side of the world for it yet, but the latest Mr. P accessories release also introduces scarves into the mix. The seasonal adornments are just perfect if you’re planning a jaunt somewhere chilly or just enjoy keeping your neck warm – you can shop twill check options in blue and rust, double-faced check styles in green and mustard (perfectly co-ordinated with shirting in the mainline collection) and an oversized navy wool and cashmere scarf with crimped detailing.
