Abby Seymour brings the natural beauty of Australia to your earlobes
Native Australian flora and our distinctive landscape formations play inspiration to this Melbourne artist’s elegant collection of jewellery.
Brass banksia pods dangle from chains, gumnut clusters droop from hoops and single eucalypt leaves thread delicately through ears – Abby Seymour has handcrafted an artistic ode to Australia with her fine anthology of earrings, rings, bangles and necklaces. Her latest collection, Australis, features delicate representations of sand dunes, ammonite fossils and plants such as the wattle, melaleuca and diplolaena grandiflora. After a year of hard work behind the scenes, Abby proudly released the collection late last year, featuring all of her signature trademarks, from the intricate hand-etched textures to the illustrative quality and fine attention to detail.
Abby applies a sustainable ethos to every piece created under her name. The highest quality of materials are sourced locally where possible, and with the least possible impact on the environment. Reusable packaging is employed and all pieces are produced by hand in her Melbourne studio. Melbourne dwellers can drop in to the Abby Seymour Brunwick East showroom, while Brisbane readers can browse her designs online or check them out locally at GOMA Store, Nook or Brown’s General Store.
