Do you remember when shopping centre dining was limited to an array of fast-food outlets? Thankfully, things have changed and Pacific Fair is set to welcome another quality dining institution to its mix when What a Catch opens in November. The venue will take the place of Wild Fish & Chips and will offer an upmarket menu of prawn-and-bug milk buns, fresh fish sourced daily, oysters and sides including pickled onions and house-made sauces. It will be licensed too, so you can take a break from shopping for a cheeky bug roll and bubbles (or beer).

The name What a Catch is a throwback to Daniel’s childhood – his parents used to own a fish and chip shop, so you could say it’s in his blood. The seafood will be sourced fresh daily and once it’s gone, it’s gone, as nothing will be frozen. What a Catch will feature table service with takeaway options available.
