Vivré a Vie offers new all-day breakfast delights
Known for its artisan bread and tempting array of raw sweets, Vivré a Vie has expanded to include a complete breakfast and lunch menu.
Hundreds of cars pass its sophisticated aqua-green facade completely unaware of the gem that resides behind, but for those in the know, Vivré a Vie has become their local. Meaning ‘my life to live’, Vivré a Vie celebrates the human experience of coming together to enjoy good food. A sprawling green lawn adorned with tables and chairs extends out from the back of the cafe as a kind of reward for those who enter through the doors.
The new all-day breakfast and lunch menu includes an almost-impossible-to-decide assortment of fare including brioche french toast with vanilla glaze, mixed berry and cocoluscious ice-cream or the indulgent organic breakfast platter that contains bacon, poached eggs, beef and caramalised onion kofta, roasted tomato and sauteed baby spinach served with organic sourdough. A constantly changing list of weekly specials such as the slow-roasted pork tacos with cabbage, roasted corn and topped with salsa, only add to the difficult nature of the decision.
The artisan bakery and cafe makes and bakes absolutely everything onsite using fresh, top-quality organic ingredients, some of which are grown in the vegetable garden out the back.
