Pacific Fair welcomes Two Seasons cafe
Gone are the days when shoppers at Pacific Fair had the choice between two major coffee chains, the new wing offers a gaggle of new places to get your caffeine fix, one of which is Two Seasons.
A burst of colour against a backdrop of timber and black, you can’t help but notice Two Seasons cafe. Cleverly disguising a concrete column as a tree, the boutique coffee house offers a welcome escape from the constant stream of people moving through the new mall to recharge the batteries with a caffeinated beverage. The venue is the fifth for Rugby legend Scott Higginbotham and business partner Malcolm Watts, the same duo behind Brisbane’s Moose & Gibson, Habitat, Leaf Espresso Bar and Cross Roads Espresso.
As its name suggests, the cafe serves up Two Seasons coffee, which is based on the premise that environmental factors have a profound impact on the beans. Two Seasons coffee continuously searches the globe for the optimum coffee-growing conditions to bring you two unique seasons of coffee a year. If you’re feeling a touch peckish, nibble on a vibrant summer salad or perhaps a sandwich or panini will better curb your appetite. The modest menu is crafted by executive chef Luke Tye to showcase simple, key ingredients. Two Seasons at Pacific Fair is the brand’s flagship site however there are plans for more in the pipeline.
