A taste of New York at Tribeca NYC on Chevron
Tribeca NYC is the latest culinary offering for Chevron Island. The New York-inspired eatery opened Boxing Day and has quickly become a hotspot for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
With American classics including Hells Kitchen Buffalo Chicken Wings, Dirty Water Hot Dog, Mac ‘n’ Cheese and the piece de resistance, one kilogram of meltingly tender BBQ Beef Ribs filling the menu, it’s no surprise Chevron locals have been quick to embrace Tribeca NYC among their favourite haunts.
Tribeca NYC is a family affair for brothers Shannon and Brandon Pollard and mother Carolyn who are no strangers to top-quality American nosh after Brandon relocated to Chicago to play professional baseball a few years back.
Reminiscent of trendy upmarket eateries in Soho or the Meatpacking district, at Tribeca NYC, everything has been considered to deliver the authentic New York experience, from the dim lighting through to the delightfully authentic condiments and sauces American food is famous for, even the line out the front will make you think you’re in Manhattan.
Tribeca NYC uses locally sourced produce that is transformed into something incredible by head chef, Carl Martin. The menu is complemented by American beers and an enticing selection of wines and cocktails. See our Stumble Guide for opening times.
