Munch on freshly baked sourdough from The Paddock Bakery

Since opening in February, The Paddock Bakery in Miami has been baking fresh loaves daily to feed the masses that congregate almost religiously.

The Paddock Bakery, tucked away in a side street off Christine Avenue, is the realisation of a dream for owners Ursula and Ben Watts who have worked tirelessly to create something truly special.

Housed in a charmingly renovated weatherboard, The Paddock Bakery offers a range of freshly baked breads among other niceties including the house-roasted muesli and famous Nutella doughnuts.

Beautifully encased behind a wall of glass, the rustic woodfired oven smolders from the morning’s bake as loyal patrons enjoy the harvest.

The signature coffee blend is Reservoir by Sydney-based company Single Origin Roasters and is offered alongside a rotating Single Origin bean, at the moment it’s Seven Seeds from Melbourne.

The philosophy behind The Paddock Bakery is to keep it real and simple. This is evident throughout, from the recycled cardboard coffee cups through to the vintage seating that fills the front lawn.
