The Outcider at Kirra launches new menu

The Outcider in Kirra has celebrated its first birthday with a delicious new all-day menu that includes some new twists on old faithfuls as well as some exciting new additions that will no doubt become cherished favourites.

Pick at the deliciously diverse charcuterie board that contains prosciutto, salami, Spanish black pudding, chorizo and pate alongside house-made picked vegetables, chutneys and crusty bread as you sip on a Batlow cloudy apple cider, bask in the salt air and peruse the rest of the enticing new selections at The Outcider. Satisfy your famishment with one of the new house-favourites such as the market fresh fish or the dry aged, pasture fed 350-gram rib eye on the bone with garlic butter, roast chat potatoes and slaw or snack on a pizza that’s fresh from the stone oven. Wash it down with one of four ciders that are on tap or indulge in a cider cocktail. Everything at The Outcider is designed to be shared amongst people and friends and is made from the freshest seasonal produce that owner, chef and cider-connoisseur, Todd Arnell whips up himself.

By day, the cafe provides the perfect place to relax with a perfectly brewed Marvel St Coffee from Byron Bay and as the sun sets, the cider starts to flow and the venue transforms into a vibrant beachside dining experience. The Outcider was born from a passion that Todd and his wife Amy share for wholesome, nourishing food, fresh sea air, coffee, cider and good times. This passion is evident in everything, from the relaxed handmade recycled tables that Todd has made with his own hands through to incredible array of food on offer.
