Palm Beach dining hub The Collective is now on wheels

Popular Palm Beach eatery The Collective, known for its unique cooperative environ featuring five separate-yet-cohesive restaurant kitchens, is hitting the road. That’s right, The Collective is now on wheels with its owners today launching The Collective Catering.

Generally, when it comes to events, weddings, parties and all that jazz, you’re limited to one particular type of cuisine to cater for the masses. Just like its integrated Palm Beach venue, The Collective’s new food truck will serve a fully customisable menu derived from its five kitchens – Calavera (Mexican), The Kitchen @ The Collective (modern Australian), Luckies Diner (American), Umami (Asian) and The Italian Job (uhhh, Italian).

So effectively, the restaurant will come to you. The food, the cocktails, the staff, the fancy table settings. Everything. You can opt for a casual situation with stand-up canapes and grazing platters, or you can have a full-on restaurant-dining experience in any location you desire (well, between Brisbane and Byron Bay). If you’re digging the idea of an actual pop-up restaurant – the kind that can serve you and your guests anything from fresh ceviche to a double cheeseburger – then get around The Collective Catering.
