The Rendang curry paste, for example, can also be used as a rub on roasts to give it a little added flavour and the satay sauce is an amazing accompaniment to grilled chicken, seafood, beef and vegetables and can be used as a healthy salad dressing, a stir-fry sauce and as a dipping sauce.
