Culinary collaboration – top restaurants come together for the Spring Progressive Luncheon
If you consider yourself an avid foodie, then here’s something to sink your teeth into. Some of the city’s top restaurants are coming together for an exclusive one-off progressive luncheon designed to celebrate the tastes of spring. It’s all happening at Marina Mirage on Friday October 27 and you’ll definitely want a seat at the table.
The Spring Progressive Luncheon will see renowned Marina Mirage restaurants Ristorante Fellini, N3 Tapas Bar, Pier and Glass Dining & Lounge Bar collaborate for the mouth-watering event. Each of the venue’s head chefs have worked to curate an exclusive four-course menu, artfully paired with wine and beverages. The luncheon will be hosted by Natalie Gruzlewski, who will lead diners along the Marina Mirage waterfront to each venue and host an intimate Q&A with each of the talented chefs to get an insight into their seasonal inspirations.
The details of the menu are being kept under wraps (we love the suspense), but we can tell you that canapes will be served at Glass, before strolling onto the boardwalk to Pier for the entree. Diners will then venture upstairs for the main course at Fellini, before ending the day on a sweet note with dessert at N3 Tapas.
