The Italians have a true gift for turning every meal into a celebration of family, friends and fabulous food. For all of June, Southport Sharks is embracing the Italian way by adding some tasty Italian dishes to its already bountiful buffet, think amazingly crispy-based pizza, pasta and some sensational antipasto selections. Afterwards, head over to the cafe and sink your teeth into some delectable macarons or skip over to Carmody’s Restaurant & Bar and treat yourself to the drool-worthy cannoli dessert. With oozy chocolate-y goodness encased in a sweet, crispy outer, the cannoli is pretty much as close as you’ll get to happiness on a plate.
Cabana Bar & Lounge is also embracing the Italian spirit with Italian-themed Sunday sessions complete with artisan flatbread pizza and Peroni specials right through until August. The Frenzy Food Court buffet is $29.90 for members ($33.90 for guests), just be prepared to loosen the belt a few notches when you’re done!
