Slice Pizzeria, the newest addition to Burleigh Heads’ culinary landscape, has gone to great lengths to perfect the art form including importing the Rolls-Royce of ovens from Italy.

The array of flavour combinations from the classics you know and love through to Zee Germans and Prawn Story provide an impossible choice. Lucky for you, Slice Pizzeria can do half and half pizza combinations as well as by the slice.

The philosophy behind Slice Pizzeria from the beginning was always to create restaurant quality food in a takeaway setting. This has been extended to the new location with the emphasis on using the best possible ingredients. The maestros are trained pizza chefs and share the same passion for their art as the owners Yoav and Ryan.

Even the dough here is done differently. Slice Pizzeria uses a specialty slow-rise dough formula that contains almost no yeast and can take up to six days to rise. The result is a lighter base that eliminates that heavy feeling that sometimes comes with pizza.
