The rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans filters through the industrial streets of Southport thanks to local roasting house Silipo Coffee that has been creating its signature blends here since 2006.

Specialising in specialty brews including cold drip, pour over, aeropress, coffee syphon and plunger, Silipo Coffee only use the highest quality specialty green beans that are sourced from farms around the world and delivered to a wide range of cafes locally and as far away as Japan. One of Silipo’s most popular blends is the Verde Blend that is certified organic and has slight hints of caramel and chocolate with good body and slight acidity.

Helmed by roast master and coffee addict Richard Silipo, the company has expanded into wholesale products and barista training where students can get experience in Silipo Coffee’s own espresso bar.
