Beloved chocolateria San Churro is delivering a much-needed dose of happiness by way of some decadent desserts that will transport you back to when the hardest decision you had to make was which flavour of Nerds to buy from the corner store (strawberry and grape, obviously). The limited-edition Throwback menu features Snack Packs that are loaded with freshly baked mini churros sprinkled with Nerds for a little sweet and sour action, sprinkles and white-chocolate ice-cream for those who appreciate the classics, or chocolate-crackle chunks and milk-chocolate ice-cream for a little snap, crackle and pop moment. Each creation is then drizzled with lashings of extra chocolate because let’s face it, everything is better with chocolate.

Perfectly timed with the recent drop in temperature, San Churro has also unveiled four decadent new hot chocolates that are available in all of the aforementioned flavours plus an extra honeycomb and whipped-cream creation. The whimsical new Throwback menu is available at all San Churro stores (via takeaway) and through delivery partners Menulog, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. To celebrate the nostalgic niceties, San Churro will also introduce throwback pricing every Thursday so you can nab yourself a Snack Pack for just $11 instead of the usual $17. If you’re keen for a walk down memory lane, you’d better be quick because the Throwback menu is only available until May 28.
