Providoor has taken Melbourne and Sydney by storm, giving locals access to some of the best food in the country while also offering a helping hand to the hospitality sector brought low by two years of lockdowns. Providoor is launching with a host of partner restaurants on deck, including Siffredi’s Spaghetti Bar, Evita, La Costa, NOTA, La Valle, Naïm, Southside, Brisbane Phoenix and City Winery, with a second wave of eateries expected to join in the coming weeks.

The operational model behind Providoor is simple. Users can browse the menus of partner venues (searches can be sorted by restaurant, cuisine or occasion) then order their desired meal by 4:00 pm for next-day delivery. The restaurant-prepared repasts are then chilled and delivered via cold freight, with easy-to-follow instructions attached for heating and plating at home.
