Newrybar’s Harvest joins forces with coveted Australian chefs for an exclusive events series

Popular south-of-the-border dining destination Harvest in Newrybar is set to welcome some of Australia's most coveted chefs to its kitchen as part of the 2018 instalment of its Wild Harvest chefs series. The monthly event kicks off on March 14 and will see some of the biggest culinary names join forces with Harvest's head chef Alastair Waddell and forager Peter Hardwick to create an exclusive one-off menu that showcases underutilised native and wild ingredients.  more
