Enjoy some Crazy Uncle Moonshine at Not Tonight
If cooking isn’t high on your to-do list this evening, head over to Not Tonight in Southport and tuck into delicious tapas, flatbreads and grazing boards and maybe a cheeky beverage or two.
If you don’t mind the odd post-work tipple, you’ll love the cut of Not Tonight’s jib. The hole-in-the-wall establishment boasts the largest range of small batch spirits on the coast with some appetising selections from distilleries including Stone Pine, McHenry Sloe, Black Gate and Crazy Uncle Moonshine.
Thankfully, for your stomach, Not Tonight also offers a delicious range of tapas and grazing boards to soak up some of that alcohol. The tapas menu includes the likes of pork belly slow-cooked in Stone & Wood ale, tempura prawns with chilli, mango and lime dipping sauce and slow-braised lamb shoulder. If tapas simply won’t do, tuck into one of the more substantial offerings including a hefty beef burger, nachos or one of the inviting grazing boards. Not Tonight offers casual vibes, hearty food and a stellar selection of spirits.
The retro decor would be perfectly at home tucked away down a Melbourne laneway and is undoubtedly one of the area’s hidden gems. Swing by Not Tonight for Thrifty Thursday, where you can peddle wares that are smaller than your head (yes, that’s the rule) in exchange for beer or other collectables that take your fancy.
