Against a backdrop of grey industrial sheds, Nørd Coffee Co exists as a timber-clad beacon of beauty. Rather than opt for repurposed palettes and plain plywood walls, the Studio Workshop gents have pushed their own design limits to create a visual feast of Scandinavian style and technical mastery. The walls and roof have been adorned with 4,600 angled pins that create a mesmerising ripple effect, almost like the tentacles of a sea anemone.

Nørd Coffee Co serves up its own organic blend of coffee that is roasted in-house. There are grand plans to expand the wholesale side of things and launch a food menu in the new year but for now, it’s all about the coffee and revolutionary design.
