Designed for summer sipping, NON8 is made with bold and complex flavours with hero notes of torched apple and oolong. This refreshingly-tasty tipple is equal parts zingy, fresh and rich, with winery techniques giving this apple-based beverage high minerality and acidity, yet keeping it easy to drink and pleasant on the palate. Cold-steeped freeze-dried apple cubes form the body of NON8, before keemun tea, oolong tea, cacao nibs, burnt sugar, ginger  root, and Murray River salt are delicately added at varying degrees and strengths, to create the beautiful amber-hued beverage. 

NON8 is best served chilled and is the perfect accompaniment for those balmy backyard soirees, poolside hangouts or summer dinner parties. Announced as the first release of NON’s spring/summer capsule collection, NON8 marks the start of what founder Aaron Trotman hopes will challenge consumers to think differently, and more sensorially, about their drinking experience. “We had this idea for NON8, one that became irresistible as it took shape. It’s bold and sharp, making it the ideal start for our capsule collection,” says Aaron. “We’re diving into uncharted taste territories and I’m eager for everyone to join us on this gastronomic journey.”
