Neon brings Asian street food to Broadbeach

Inspired by bustling night markets in Taiwan, Broadbeach’s newest eatery, Neon, is dishing up authentic Asian fusion-style street food.

Joice Cheng and Nick Moore, the duo behind Neon, are working hard to transform the way we think about Asian cuisine. The nosh brings together the flavours of Thailand, Japan and Taiwan but steps it up a notch and uses quality meat cuts and locally sourced produce to deliver a top quality, MSG-free Asian dining experience.

Sip on a deliciously sweet Milk Tea with pearls as you browse the menu that hovers over the counter. Be tempted by dumplings in four delicious choices of filling, traditional baos, char-grilled skewers, small bowls and street-style fried dishes including Chicken Karaage and Takoyaki Balls (octopus, in case you were wondering). Watch Josh, the resident dumpling master, whip up some perfectly proportioned, pillowy dumplings before your very eyes or allow chef Eddie Ramkomuth, the man behind Just Eat, to prepare a delectable feast from the kitchen. Portioned as tapas-style plates, the dishes are designed to be shared so you can taste your way around the menu without leaving in a food coma. See our Stumble Guide for opening times.

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Gold Coast dining guide with more than 870 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
