If last year taught us anything, it’s the importance of a well-stocked liquor stash. A few Brisbane locals who share our love for quality sips decided to use their idle hands (and spare time) during 2020 to launch a handmade Australian rye vodka. Eager swiggers, welcome Idle Hour, a new imbibe to add to your boozy bucket list.
Distilled in Brisbane, Idle Hour is the brainchild of three local blokes who wanted to concoct a flavour-forward vodka that shouldn’t be shot but rather savoured. With a mammoth combined resume that showcased their history of working with booze brands like White Claw Hard Seltzer, Balter Brewing and vodka’s iconic partner in crime, Red Bull, the trio set to work and thus, Idle Vodka was born.
The innovative creation is a crisp tipple that is a primo companion to soda water and lime, a homemade cocktail or can be enjoyed on the rocks. The perfect addition to your home bar cart, Idle Vodka is available to snag at more than 100 stores across the state.
