Based out of a cattle station called Redland Park in Toowoomba, Horizon Grazing is a family owned-and-operated meat delivery service that’s hoping to make a positive impact on the beef industry. The BBQ box ($100) is the primo weekend party starter with rissoles, ribs and sausages, whereas the Beefed Up box ($310) has enough steak, roast and mince to satisfy tastebuds for weeks. Those who want to go all out can splash out on The Family Feast box ($450), which is perfect for filling your freezer, feeding the family and entertaining. Dog parents can even treat their pooch to a taste of the good stuff, with a five-kg box of bones available to snag.
