It’s here – burger joint Hello Harry opens this weekend

Burger lovers, rejoice – Hello Harry will open its doors in Broadbeach this Saturday December 10. The popular eatery’s flagship Gold Coast venue will fuel the city’s love affair with burgers through a simple ethos – good burgers, made with good ingredients by proper chefs, promptly.

After creating a stir across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Hello Harry owner Tony Kelly’s attention turned south to the Gold Coast – and it’s come in the form of a vibrant new 100-seat burger joint in the heart of Broadbeach. The Gold Coast’s first Hello Harry will feature the same popular menu that has conquered the tastebuds of our Brisbane friends from its Portside and Forest Lake locations. For those not entirely familiar with the Hello Harry goodness – we’re talking classic grass-fed beef, grilled chicken and pulled pork burgers plus other drool-worthy varieties like Queensland barramundi, pork belly, slow-cooked lamb and Texan barbecue brisket, all served on fresh-baked brioche buns. Sides include beer-battered chips coated in a special seasoning of chilli salt, refried onions and garlic salt, or get them loaded with cheese, green onions and bacon.

Hello Harry’s new Broadbeach digs will have a strong focus on rotating weekly burger and shake specials to keep the excitement levels up, and there will be plenty of craft beer, wine and cider options to wash down the burger goodness. There is no fancy nonsense here – just quality burgers, shakes and beers in a fun, casual setting. We love a good burger as much as the next person, so we’re a tad excited that Hello Harry has spread its renowned burger love to the Gold Coast after opening its first location on the Sunshine Coast in 2014.
