Some of Cucina Vivo’s most popular pastas will be on offer for a bargain buy, like the Moreton Bay bug maltagliati with bisque, avruga and heirloom tomato, the Risotto alla Milanese with Kiwami wagyu brisket, amaranth, lemon zest, pickled kohl rabi, and the Gnocchi e Funghi with Byron Bay mushroom and truffle pecorino.
