Get your green juice fix without a juicer
First we brought you raw berry and chocolate torte, then we treated you to a fresh serve of Pacific oyster cebiche, and now – to continue our summer cooking bonanza – we present a deliciously refreshing green juice. Filled to the brim with nourishing vegetables, this green dream can be downed on a hot summer’s day, without the need for an expensive juicer. We tracked down this gem of a recipe in organic bakery owner and health-food blogger Jessica Nadel’s new cookbook, Greens 24/7, which is bursting with more than 100 wholesome recipes such as cinnamon zucchini waffles, pesto polenta chips and chocolate avocado popsicles.
