Oh boba – Gelatissimo is releasing a bubble-tea gelato

The creamy, chewy refreshment is our go-to sip for when we need something that is sure to hit the sweet spot – and boy, does it do just that. Inspired by the bubble-tea phenomenon that has taken over the world, the frozen dessert connoisseurs at Gelatissimo have whipped up yet another innovative gelato flavour – Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea.
Making our boba-dessert dreams come true, Gelatissimo’s brand-new flavour is a must-try dessert that is sure to cure your bubble-tea cravings. Churned together with love, Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea’s main ingredient is organic Assam tea – a robust, black tea with notes of malt. The tea is first brewed then infused into a mix of creamy gelato and topped off with a sweet swirl of brown-sugar syrup. Each scoop of the boba-inspired gelato is then topped with chewy bite-sized tapioca pearls – oh, happy days!
Available to smash in a cup or cone, the bubble-tea-flavoured gelato can be purchased as a take-home pack too (with pearls provided separately).
