The Weekend Edition Gold Coast’s EAT/drink Awards delve into the coast’s culinary culture to determine locals’ favourite places to eat and play. We’re proud to give you, our readers, the opportunity to celebrate all of the coffee hubs, eateries, watering holes and top-notching dining destinations that have helped create such a unique food and drink experience here on the Gold Coast.
Congratulations to all of the winners and runners up of The Weekend Edition Gold Coast’s 2017 EAT/drink Awards! Supported by our friends at UberEATS, this year’s awards feature the institutions, the newcomers and the favourites, with each winner nominated and voted by you, our readers. New to the awards this year was a special bonus category – Best Food Porn. This category was voted exclusively on Instagram – voters took a snap of a drool-worthy dish, posted it to Instagram and tagged #TWEFoodPorn.
With so many bars, cafes, restaurants and food retailers opening this past year, we’ve dubbed this one our largest epicurean poll to date.
