Cucina Vivo brings Italian fare to Jupiters Hotel & Casino
Hot on the heels of the newly opened Kiyomi Japanese restaurant, Jupiters Hotel & Casino has unveiled a brand new Italian restaurant located on level four.
With long shared tables positioned around a sizzling two-metre long wood-fired oven, Cucina Vivo celebrates the Italian’s inherent ability to turn every meal into an experience. Platters of delicious hand-made pastas bustle for space amongst the pizzas prepared by Jupiters’ own pizzaiolo (pizza expert). As you sit wondering if there is a course you can take to become a pizzaiolo, the charcuterie station is slicing cold cuts for you to munch on.
Be tempted by oven-braised Wagyu beef meatballs and lasagna di carne; layers of home-made pasta, smothered lavishly with bolognese, creamy béchamel, parmigiano and mozzarella or enjoy some inspired new interpretations by Italian-born and trained Executive Head Chef Salvatore Silvestrino.
Perched over the newly revamped poolside at Jupiters Hotel & Casino, Cucina Vivo is inspired by cliff-top restaurants along the Amalfi Coast and is the venue’s first alfresco dining offering.
The 240-seat venue is the ideal setting for gatherings and general get-togethers to share the joy of locally sourced fresh produce with family and friends. For the more intimate occasion, there’s a 12-seat private dining area. See our Stumble Guide for opening times.
