As it turns out, people really love pasta and they soon found themselves struggling to keep up with demand, which sparked a savvy idea from Natalie and Sonia to open a pasta-centric providore where locals could buy fresh, handmade pasta by the gram, along with take-home meals and specialty deli goods.
