Bvked brings vegan vibes to the wonderful world of baked goods
Vegan food can be yummy and decadent. There, we said it. Well, actually, it was local vegan baker Tiffany Phillips that said it, we just thought we’d pass the message on. Tiffany is the talent, brains and hands behind Bvked, a local business dedicated to crafting delicious vegan desserts. If you know what’s good for you (guys, these are actually good for you), then you’ll get yourself familiar with this glorious creator and seller of vegan goodness.
We’re big fans of small, local businesses giving it a nudge – especially when sweets are at the heart of the business. Tiffany is a passionate vegan and super-creative baker that doesn’t want people to miss out on enjoying delicious, decadent desserts, just because they’re vegan. Heck, even if you’re not vegan, what comes out of the Bvked oven will impress your sweet tooth like never before. The core of Bvked (pronounced ‘baked’) is in delicious, custom-made cakes – be it a birthday, wedding or celebration, Bvked will create some sweet mind-blowing magic that will meet all of your ‘free from this, and free from that’ requirements. Whether it’s gluten, dairy and refined sugar you can’t tolerate, Bvked will have your back (and your stomach).
Bvked also creates smaller treats like vegan doughnuts in flavours like chocolate-raspberry and maple-cinnamon with toasted pecans, through to croissants, cupcakes and some pretty impressive spelt cinnamon sugar doughnuts. Everything is crafted by hand, using top-quality ingredients. It’s all completely vegan, and of course, totally delicious. You’ll find the Bvked goodness stocked regularly at Next Door Espresso in Tweed Heads and Kiss the Berry in Burleigh Heads, as well as at the Lovechild Markets.
