Munch on a delightfully fresh fruit salad or the housemade quinoa bircher museli that is topped with an ample slather of yoghurt, mixed berries and local honey. If you’re in the mood for something a little more sustaining, tuck into a bacon and egg roll that is completed with a little avocado and home-style tomato relish on a brioche roll or the Smash An Avo, which is just as it sounds. If the wee hours of the morning aren’t for you, the good news is that from 10:00 am you can enjoy a burger for brunch. The new bountiful burger offering at Burleigh Social includes the BBQ Pulled Pork Roll that is loaded with 12-hour slow-cooked pork and housemade slaw on a brioche roll as well as a constantly changing daily special that might include brisket, ribs or something else entirely.

The new food offering is simple and rustic but is prepared with exceptional locally-sourced produce including rolls from Panya Artisan Bakery. Josh, the maestro behind the pans, has made it his personal mission to create the shortest possible path from farm to plate, an ethos that is apparent from the first flavour-filled bite.
