Boss Bites is the dream of fellow sweet tooth Janine Waterson, who has been making ice-cream for her kids for as long as she can remember. With her children all grown up, Janine is branching out and sharing her creamy creations with the wider Gold Coast at various events and markets around the place including the Food Truck Night at Benowa Tavern this weekend.
