Bootleg Juice Bar is the new addition to Broadbeach’s restaurant strip and promises to have your taste buds singing with delight at any time of the day or night. The venue is designed to cater to all ends of the spectrum from the worker bees and early risers through to the folks that burn the midnight oil or those who may have enjoyed one too many wines over dinner and need to do some preventative work to ease the impending hangover (for the latter, the Tyler Tolman is the one you want; packed with carrot, beetroot, turmeric and apple, it aids digestion). Bootleg’s juice is made onsite daily using top quality produce. The venue’s custom-built juicer presses with 12-tonnes of pressure so there is less than 1% wastage. The result is intensely flavoursome and as fresh as a daisy. Enjoy in a half pint or full pint.

Alongside cold-pressed juice, Bootleg offers a delectable array of salads cleverly contained in jars as well as raw desserts including brownies, cheesecake, protein balls, peppermint and caramel slices that are complemented with coconut ice cream. The venue is the collective brainchild of a doctor and an engineer who came together to offer the people of Broadbeach a healthy alternative.
