Bin 72 delights diners in Coolangatta

Hailed the smarter, older brother of Bin 12 in Burleigh Heads, Bin 72 at The Strand in Coolangatta is delighting diners with quality tapas overlooking the beach.

Snack on prawn stuffed zucchini flowers, crispy ora king salmon and southern fried chicken wings or tuck into something more substantial like braised beef cheek as you soak in the superb view of Coolangatta beach. Bin 72 is the third offering from well-known chef Daniel Ridgeway, owner of Gold Coast favourite Little Truffle in Mermaid Beach and Bin 12, and is located on the first level of the newly revamped The Strand.

Bin 72 maintains the emphasis on quality tapas-style food with a few larger meal options that diners have come to expect from Daniel. The tempting nosh, prepared by head chef Dustin Sanderson, is matched by an equally as tempting beverage list filled with local beers and a great selection of wine.

Completing the package is a suave fitout featuring stone, metal and wooden accents against a stunning backdrop of beautiful Coolangatta beach. See our Stumble Guide for opening times.

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Gold Coast dining guide with more than 870 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
