If you fancy yourself a bit of a cuvée connoisseur, you’re going to want to clear your calendar for Thursday July 28. For one night only, award-winning rooftop restaurant Nineteen at The Star is hosting a world-class five-course champagne dinner, showcasing renowned house Billecart-Salmon.

If you’re not familiar with the extraordinary champagne house, trust us when we say you won’t be disappointed. Billecart-Salmon has been producing world-class sparkling since 1818, with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon marking the date of the house’s creation. Seven generations on, the Billecart-Salmon family has continued its 200-year tradition, staying true to the house’s original motto – give priority to quality, strive for excellence.

Honouring that longstanding motto, Nineteen at The Star has crafted an exceptional five-course menu for this special Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner, with each course paired with a glass from the house’s revered selection. Expect the likes of Nineteen’s signature natural oysters paired with NV Billecart-Salmon Brut, coral trout, garden peas, baby potatoes and lemon butter paired with NV Billecart-Salmon Brut ‘Blanc de Blancs’, and Wollemi duck with roast cauliflower, cipollini onions and truffle jus with Billecart-Salmon Brut ‘Sous Bois’.
