Perfect the art of pizza at Aviary Rooftop Bar’s mouth-watering masterclass
The perfect pizza is somewhat of an oxymoron because everyone has different preferences and tastes – some like a thick, doughy crust whilst others prefer things a little thinner and crispier. Some like to fold in half before shovelling into their mouth whilst others (weirdly) opt for a knife and fork. Thankfully, Aviary Rooftop Bar is here to help you nail the art of your perfect pizza pie with a hands-on masterclass that will equip you with all of the tips and tricks to impress your date and/or mate.
There’s a certain kind of satisfaction that comes with making something with your own two paws – it’s smugness wrapped in deliciousness, and that’s precisely what you can expect from Aviary’s pizza-making masterclass. The two-hour hands-on experience will be led by the venue’s own resident pizza connoisseur, Stefano, who has been stretching and kneading dough for longer than he’d care to remember. Stefano will take you step-by-step through the process of perfecting the base before moving onto the all-important scattering of toppings, the cooking process and finally, the best part, the eating (devouring).
To ensure guests are kept hydrated after all of that drooling, the ticket includes two beverages throughout the class as well as some pizza dough to take home and practice your newfound culinary skills.
