Winter is well and truly here – and while the mornings may be a little on the brisk side, the change in season also means that there is a new wave of produce hitting the city’s top kitchens. On Thursday June 20, local foodies are invited to experience the season’s best flavours at The Oracle Boulevard’s Winter Progressive Luncheon.

The delicious multi-venue progressive feasting tour will begin at 12:00 pm at cutting-edge Asian dining spot Mamasan Kitchen + Bar, where you’ll be presented with a delectable selection of canapes from head chef Ray Choi. From there, you’ll venture over to Social Eating House + Bar for the main course – a dish created exclusively for the event by executive chef Matt Jefferson. The progressive feast will finish on a high note over at The Cuban, where you’ll nestle in for one of chef Phillipe Amrouche’s decadent signature desserts.

Each course will also be matched with wine, so you can kick back and sip while you savour the creations from each venue. You’ll also hear from each of the passionate chefs, who will talk you through the dishes and the story behind each plate you enjoy.
