Winter Comfort Food Cooking Workshop
When it’s a little chilly outside, why not stay indoors and get cozy with some tummy-warming recipes from Icon Cookery School’s Winter Comfort Food Cooking Workshop on Saturday July 8.
Winter comfort food is all about showcasing slow-cooked, roasted or baked meals. We crave anything that is hearty, dense and steamy to keep us warm and toasty during the colder months, and if there is one meal that we feel goes hand-in-hand with Winter, it’s a delicious and juicy lamb shank.
This workshop includes a three-hour fun and interactive cooking class, led by our professional chefs. Get hands-on in our state-of-the-art cooking facilities within Robina Town Centre with our chefs as we delve into the tips and tricks to preparing and cooking the much-loved classic, lamb shank, oozing with rich and hearty flavours. Then, complete your winter meal with some decadent and warm golden syrup dumplings, and tuck into your creations with a glass of red around our dining table.
