Following the postponement of their March shows, the Violent Femmes are returning to Australia in 2021 for their Back in the Van Tour, playing at Miami Marketta on Sunday February 27.

The folk punk band will be taking to the stage with old classics like Gone Daddy Gone, Kiss Off, Add it Up, Please Do Not Go and of course, Blister in the Sun. They’re also bringing new music to the stage courtesy of their 10th album Hotel Last Resort, which resides among the band’s finest work. Hotel Last Resort simultaneously refines and redefines the Femmes one-of-a-kind take on American music, mingling front porch folk, post-punk, spiritual jazz, country blues, avant-garde minimalism and golden age rock ‘n’ roll into something still altogether their own.
