Arrive to a glass of Moet Imperial champagne and indulge in a delectable supper crafted by Executive Chef, Randy Tablan. Delight a five-course degustation menu in the romantic setting of hushed lighting and the ambience of the crackling wood-fire oven as you make your way through freshly shucked oysters, creamy burrata cheese and zesty citrus cured kingfish. If variety is the spice of life the main of beef three ways will leave you tingling as you devour grilled wagyu rump, slow braised beef short rib and beef cheek with charred figs. To sweeten up the evening there will be a scotch spiked poached pear for dessert.
