Treat yourself and your partner to the special three course dinner for $115 per person, which has been handcrafted by Executive Chef Minh Lee and will be accompanied by a glass of Bollinger NV Rosé on arrival.

The curated menu is inspired by lovers and is a mix of local flavours and rosé themed delicacies and includes freshly shucked oysters, pan fried kingfish with sprout salad, and strawberry panna cotta with fresh berries.
