Executive chef Adam Lane and the team will slice and dice you through a delectable Omakase experience on Friday February 14 – expect melt-in-your-mouth crispy pork belly, thinly sliced snapper, tempura scampi, wagyu beef Kobe 6+ tataki and more. Valentine’s Day at Bazaar
We all know the best way to someone’s heart is through their stomach – so say ‘I love you’ with a romantic feast for two at Bazaar Marketplace. Executive chef Greg Benney has created the ideal feast, featuring the likes of Moreton Bay bugs, Amaretto grilled King prawns and a live pasta station, all enjoyed to the tune of live acoustic music.
