Valentine's Day at QT Gold Coast

Valentine’s Day at QT Gold Coast

QT Gold Coast is dishing up all of the loved-up vibes this Valentine’s Day. Whether intimate poolside dining is your style, or you’d rather sip whisky at Yamagen or slip into a food coma together up at Bazaar, there’s something for all couples.

Twilight Cabana Poolside
Take your bae on a romantic adventure poolside at the newly launched The Springs pool area, with a twilight cabana dinner for two. Indulge with a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival and let QT share the love with a three course dinner, with a side of serious romance. Think dishes like house-cured salmon with watermelon radish, black-truffle risotto and pan-seared lamb back strap rolled in pistachio mousseline.  It’s $250 per couple and bookings can be made here.

Valentine’s Day at Yamagen
Executive chef Adam Lane and the team will slice and dice you through a delectable Omakase experience on Friday February 14 – expect melt-in-your-mouth crispy pork belly, thinly sliced snapper, tempura scampi, wagyu beef Kobe 6+ tataki and more. Seats are $125 per person, including glass of champagne on arrival, and can be booked here.

Valentine’s Day at Bazaar
We all know the best way to someone’s heart is through their stomach – so say ‘I love you’ with a romantic feast for two at Bazaar Marketplace. Executive chef Greg Benney has created the ideal feast, featuring the likes of Moreton Bay bugs, Amaretto grilled King prawns and a live pasta station, all enjoyed to the tune of live acoustic music. Seats at $99 per person and can be booked online.
