After more than six long years, Gold Coast rockers The Vultures have announced their long-awaited return to the stage. The band will be launching their new single ‘Conversations’ at Mo’s Desert Clubhouse in Burleigh Heads on Thursday March 17. Joining them will be Ferny Fairway and Gavin Doniger’s iconic blues project, Mescalito Blues.

If you’re yet to wrap your earholes around The Vultures, they are an Australian rock band from the Gold Coast consisting of Liam Bowditch and Joe Bon MacPhail. The duo has been collaborating since 2008, jamming and self-producing in their garage, before emerging on the music scene in 2013 The Vultures rekindled their musical flame in 2019 journeying to Berlin to begin crafting their debut album. ‘Every Night’, the return single after a five-year hiatus, is accompanied by a surreal music video captured during the 2020 Melbourne lockdown and features art by Faruk Masri Vilca. ‘If You Only Knew Your Way’, the second single, is partnered with a high-spirited momentous music video and features art by Julia Trembicki.
