The Star Grazing Tour
We are going on culinary journey, friends! If you simply cannot decide what cuisine you’re craving for your next night out, fret not – The Star Grazing Tour will take your tastebuds on a trip you won’t forget. You’ll kick off this four-part dinner with stellar views and sumptuous eats at Nineteen at The Star, where you’ll tuck into Sydney rock oysters dressed with Ruinart champagne mignonette, before heading to Garden Kitchen & Bar to devour oven-roasted Hervey Bay scallops served with taramasalata dip and focaccia. Next up is Kiyomi where a salivation-inducing David Blackmore marbled wagyu served with koji and wasabi is waiting for you. Your final stop is Cucina Vivo for dessert – and not just any dessert! You’ll indulge in the restaurant’s famous cioccolato rosso ferrari (also known as the chocolate volcano) – molten chocolate sauce and all.
The Star Grazing Tour is on every Thursday in April with very limited seats available. For more information, head to The Star’s website.
