The Star Gold Coast’s inaugural charity fundraiser invites you to enjoy a lavish long lunch that will leave you feeling full … of goodwill and happiness! Join former world surfing champ and fellow Gold Coast boy Joel Parkinson as he shares stories about growing up on Gold Coast beaches alongside representatives from Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation, Cancer Council Queensland and Gold Coast Hospital Foundation as they discuss the incredible work each of the organisations are doing here on the coast. There will be loads of fantastic prizes up for grabs and it goes without saying that the buffet will be brimming with Harvest’s finest including the freshest seafood, succulent roast meats, pizza, pasta, curries, soups and salad. The chocolate fountain will be flowing so be sure to leave room for a little something sweet from the dessert station.

All profits from the event will be donated to The Star’s selected charities – Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation – which continues to support injured wildlife from the recent Queensland bushfires – along with Cancer Council Queensland and Gold Coast Hospital Foundation, both of which play an important role in caring for our local community.
