From October 9–13, The Resort precinct at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (outdoors, near the grand staircase) will provide the backdrop for the Fountain of Goose – an open-air pop-up precinct from vodka makers Grey Goose, complete with a marble-finished working fountain, all designed to bring a French-style escape to the Gold Coast. Here’s the best part – the vodka-themed fountain will double as a bar! It’ll be decorated with bottles of Grey Goose’s current limited-edition release (a collaboration with Parisian fashion label Maison LaBiche) and will be serving free cocktails to locals at allocated afternoon timeslots from Wednesday October 9 to Sunday October 13. While sipping complimentary mini cocktails of Grey Goose Vodka, lime and soda (responsibly served at one per customer), visitors will also invited to lounge around the fountain in the deck chairs and soak up the sunshine with a cocktail in hand. There will also be entertainment and pop-up performances rolling out across the afternoons and evenings – the acts will change each day, so you’ll never know quite what to expect!
