The Blackwater Fever ‘The Hurt’ Single Launch

Crushing Promotions presents a Saturday arvo session of amazing live music featuring The Blackwater Fever, Tube Screamers and Acid Cherry on August 6 at Vinnies Dive Bar.

THE BLACKWATER FEVER
From the musically eclectic minds of Brisbane’s alt-rock trio The Blackwater Fever, comes a new single ‘The Hurt’. A raw, bleeding heart of a modern blues ballad, ‘The Hurt’ is adorned with lush strings and hi fidelity production. With this brooding but electrifying new single, audiences are treated to another exciting look through the window of The Blackwater Fever’s upcoming 6th studio album ‘Temptator’ set for release this October.
To celebrate the single’s release, this live-wire act are embarking on a short run of SE QLD dates at some of their favourite local clubs. Joining the ranks of The Blackwater Fever on stage for the first time will be new member Sean Thomas on Keys and Bass, making these shows surely ones not to miss.

TUBE SCREAMERS
Tube Screamers are 4 Aussie lads, with a vision of “go hard, or go home”. Their sound ranges from Hard Rock N’ Roll, to Psychedelic, with an old school bluesy undertone, with an electrifying live show that will blow your mind. Their debut single Black Shoelaces is set for release on June 16th, and has a surf rock feel with a powerful singalong chorus. Recorded at Airlock Studios & Moon Room, this track is met with huge anticipation and is sure to make waves!

ACID CHERRY
Kicking off the party are Brisbane rockers Acid Cherry. These newcomers on the scene have begun at breakneck pace, and have no plans on slowing down. Their debut single ‘Secrets of Salem’ has wow’d listeners and their live shows have blown away onlookers. Now it’s their chance to take to the biggest stages and they’re ready to deliver. Do not miss this!
