The Gold Coast Film Festival will surf into Coolangatta on April 14 for Surf Films at Cooly, a free, surf-inspired open air cinema event at Queen Elizabeth Park. The night will kick off at 5:00 pm with live entertainment from local musician Naomi Connell before the first film, Proximity (Unclassified), screens at 6:30 pm.

The audience will then enjoy a screening of Never Town (rated PG) on the big screen at 7:30 pm before the night concludes with Under an Arctic Sky (rated M) at 8:15 pm. All three films explore the challenges, community and conservation around surfing and our coastlines.

So, head on down to Coolangatta on April 14 for a night of live entertainment and incredible surf stories at this year’s Gold Coast Film Festival!
